Ana Rae Miller, Associate

Ana Rae is an urban designer and planner committed to creating vibrant, human-centered places. Her diverse background spans environmental policy, community organizing, food justice, geospatial analysis, entitlements, site planning, code reform, and long-range planning. This broad expertise allows her to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders. Ana Rae is particularly passionate about crafting walkable communities, fostering healthy and active lifestyles, and designing environments that enhance daily life for everyone.

Ana Rae holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning and a Master of Urban Design from the University of Colorado Denver, a Graduate Certificate in GIS from the University of Washington, and a Bachelor of Environmental Policy from Western Washington University.

A Seattle native, Ana Rae spent five years in Denver, pursuing graduate school and working on planning and design projects across the Mountain West. Now based in Bend, Oregon, she is excited to bring her valuable Colorado experiences back to the Pacific Northwest. Outside of work, Ana Rae is an outdoors enthusiast, whether it's trail running, biking, skiing, swimming, soccer, or tennis.
